Journey Patient Care

For family caregivers

You are the only person who knows.

Which medication changed and when. What the neurologist said in March. It lives in your head until it doesn't, and then you are standing in an emergency room being asked a question you cannot answer, about a person you would do anything for.

Journey Patient Care holds all of it, and holds it only on your phone.

If you are the one keeping track

Which medication changed, and when?

What did the neurologist say in March?

What was his blood sugar the morning he seemed confused?

Every one of those has an answer. It just isn't written down anywhere, and you are the only backup.

What it actually looks like

Built by a caregiver, in the middle of caregiving.

Why it exists

I built it for my father, and Crystal and I still use it every day.

Where it lives

It never leaves your phone.

No account, no sign-in, no server. Nothing is uploaded because there is nowhere for it to go. Everything is encrypted on the device, with the key held in your phone's secure hardware.

We can never read your family's records. We cannot recover them, and we cannot hand them to anyone who asks.

That is how the app is built, not a policy we are promising to follow. Most apps in this category are free because health data is the business. This one is paid instead.

How that works
